Jaffza Solutions is a Karachi software company. We have spent years building websites and systems for clients around the world, and we noticed something at home: the restaurants, schools, gyms and clinics we eat at, send our children to, train at and visit are running on registers, diaries and WhatsApp, because the software that exists was built for someone else.

So we build for them. One product per type of business, designed around how that business actually runs in Pakistan, not how it runs in a demo video made somewhere else.

We look before we build. Every engagement starts with a free audit, in person where we can, where we watch how your day actually goes. Then we write down what we saw and what we would build. Only then do we quote.

We build the smallest thing that does the job. It is tempting to sell every feature. We do not, because unused features are just things that can break and things you are paying for.

We stay. The software is a monthly service, not a one-time sale. We host it, keep it running, update it, and answer the phone when something is wrong. If we are not doing that, you stop paying.

We tell the truth about what it does not do. Every solution page on this site says what is not included at launch. We would rather you know now than find out later.
